Hello are the stances for these two the same. I have a bit of kickboxing training and I just learn the stance after a few months of training but I had to stop (since I moved). Now since there is no kickbox training where I am, I can choose MMA but I am worried that it will ruin my stance, plus I really like kickboxing but I think MMA just brushes over it and it does not use it much...what do you reckon???? thanks
