Open Question: Instructor is pushing me when he knows I’m injured?

I take American Kenpo and yesterday I was injured & I was placed on crutches for 4 days. I went to class anyway to watch and cheer everyone on. On Monday I don't have to use crutches, but I need to limit my walking, & NOTHING in karate that involves my legs. ONLY upper body. We do a series of mini tests before belt exams & we have one on Tuesday. I explained that I wouldn't be able to do it and one instructor said, "Well your legs just need to go in the direction and the kicks won't have to be high. I will grade you lenient." The kata involves standing on only my injured foot and alot of kicks & jumps. I don't want to make my injury worse!!!! How can I get my point across that I just can't do it??? I thought I made it VERY clear! I don't want to be disrespectful though.
