Open Question: Did Martial arts help get you get better endurance?
Would a martial art like Kyokushin Karate, very similar to kickboxing, get you in shape / better endurance? I will probably run to to increase my endurance, but IF i just did martial arts, will i be in good shape (be able to run long distances, faster-stronger leg muscles, and just be in overall good shape)?
