Anyone who dares to mess with these ladies should expect a whack in the face. On Saturday, 35 women from around the area learned how to strike and kick their way to safety as part of a special self-defense seminar at Young Brothers Tae Kwon-Do studio in Cranberry.

“American Idol” cheerleader babe Brittany Kerr is more than a pretty face – she’s a pretty face with a black belt in taekwondo! Brittany tells TMZ she started studying martial arts in Charlotte when she was 8 – and earned her black belt after 4 years of kicking girls’ and boys’ butts.

A brightly colored lion danced through the crowd. Taekwondo performers dressed in pressed white uniforms wowed the audience by smashing wooden boards with their feet.
