Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and a way for even the lowest of the poverty-stricken to become successful.

So my first class in Pittsburgh was tonight and it went really well. This might be a little jumpy for my first training post but I am just so hyped about this! My buddy Matt went up with me as well, another college wrestler, although he was a lot better than I was.
